Size Matters

[Archived in Entry, Top Digital Cameras]

djwudi on 2004/03/15:

„This is actually fairly amusing now that I stop to think about it, but I think I've finally figured out why, no matter how good they are or how many features today's pocket-size digital cameras have, I still can't ever stop lusting after the bigger, fancier (more expensive) cameras that are out there.“

But Does It Walk the Dog?

[Archived in Buy Digital Cameras, Buying Digital Cameras, Entry, Top Digital Cameras, Used Digital Cameras]

Luis on 2004/02/19:

„The photo printer in particular caught my eye. The printer I'm looking at buying (the HP PSC 2450, called the 2410 in the U.S.--pictured top right), has four slots for the flash memory cards used by digital cameras (capable of accepting five or six different types of cards). Take some photos, take out the flash card (the digital equivalent of a roll of film, some as small as a nickel, some holding hundreds of photos), stick the flash card into the printer--and in a few seconds, the photos begin to show up on a small color LCD screen atop the machine. Choose the shot, the paper size, and whatever other options you like, and push a button--instant photo.“

Eurekster refines searches

[Archived in Entry, Top Digital Cameras]

nakul on 2004/02/02:

„If a person's friends do a search on digital cameras and go to particular websites to seek product information or to place orders, then those sites will come to the top of the list if the customer later searches for information on digital cameras on the web.“
